This is an auction for a single nice but restrike-fake 1894 silver plated brass East African 2 rupee coin. I got this from another Listian, and I think it was possibly made in Asia, obtainable from an AliExpress vendors like these: http://bit.ly/1KwM5ql.

I surmise it's brass because I have an ultrasonic metal thickness gauge which reports the right thickness when the machine is set to Brass. I think the real ones are supposed to be silver.

I have a machine called an ultrasonic metal tester. The speed of the ultrasonic sound wave, travels at the signature of brass, not silver, which is much slower...
