Gently worn however shows some piling and wash wear, still very thick, warm, quality made older gap clothing, no stains or holes that I can see, no feet, so it will truly grow with baby it has a little chest pocket and a collar, metal snaps, and has matching lady bug socks size newborn to 3 months stage 1 8-12 lbs my daughter pictured with it on when she was a newborn is now 4 months old and weighs 11 lbs and is 23.5 inches long it still fits her but I am ready to pass it on as I've moved her up to 3 months and 3-6 months sizes already.

I don't know if you can tell from the pictures but she was very severely injured at birth, she has severe nerve damage to her left arm, hand, fingers, left eye, and her spinal cord, so she had major reconstructive surgery at 3.5 months old that was 11 hours of active surgery to attempt to repair some of the damage, it will take 2-6 years for us to know if she'll recover any movement or not. Her prognosis is poor. It's very very rare like 1 in 100,000 births. She was perfectly normal prior to her birth. It is soley a birth injury due to medical induction, severe pre eclampsia, shoulder dystocia, and medical negligence.
