Are these safe for an outside fairy garden or do they need to stay inside?

No problems with the polymer clay tops, the bottoms are hard shelled gourds so they're tough. Plus I spray them with a coat of polyurethane. I think they do pretty well outside. I do bring mine into the garage or basement in the winter tho. We tend to get a lot of snow and cold.
