Regarding the Victoria Secret Slippers...
I did find on line and through Victoria Secret customer service that a Med slipper is a 7-8
If I stick a measuring tape inside the base is 9 1/2" front to back

Oh thank you!! I'm guessing more towards a 7. I have size 6 and they measure out to 9 inches! So for house slippers .5 inches isn't that much?! What do you think!

I think you should be ok. They're pretty fluffy, and the toe is fairly deep so you shouldn't slip around I wouldn't think.
