I measured right down the center of the sole and it is approx. 9 1/2 inches. The tag inside says US 4. Feel free to ask any other questions :)

Hi, They are not toddlers, they are Youths- my 9 year old and she is now in a 4.5
I was really bummed when she out grew them without hardly wearing them! So, it's deffinatly something to keep in mind :)
