These don't fit me. They come up to the hip area. I don't know if they are if that is considered low rise.

Do you mean you can only pull them up as far as your hips or wearing them the waist band is at your hip bone ? ---- measuring would help but ,----
without that ,,,,,,all i know is if the waists BELOW my belly button and not covering it they should fit GREAT !!! If not as you know there is a house full of ladies where i'm, sure someone there would love to have them,, ,,

Ok, the crotch is no in the middle if you lay it flat. While laying flat and even, the measurements is 11 inches. From the seam to the waistband is 9 inches. Hope this helps.

We have had a great winter. More than 10 days over 60 degrees. No snow this year but we never get alot of snow anyway. Maybe 1 inch and the whole town shuts down. Washington is called the evergreen state. We get alot of rain. But we have green grass most of the year except July and August. Our summers don't hardly get over 100. Lots of rivers around to dip my toes in during the summer. The weather has distinct seasons. No poisonous animals to worry about. Anyway, have a great evening.
