Compiled and cartooned by Louise and Bill Dwyer. A few of the recipes found here include: Buckwheat Cakes; Horse Cove Scrapple; Red Eye Gravy; Corn Bread Fritters; Green Beans with Chestnuts; Fried Pumpkin; Pisgah Bean Soup; Hoot 'n Holler Biscuits; Spoon Bread; Pickled Corn Cob; and much more. Soft cover cookbook. 6" x 9". 39 pages. In very good condition; minor wear.
