This is a Terk TV Atenna. Works perfect on old tv's and new flat screens. Works just fine and this is perfect for anyone that has just let cable go or satellite. When I used this I was able to pick up 29 channels. So this is great if you already have cable maybe for the spare guest room or your kids room that is still in the ages of only cartoons and simple channels.
