I won this samsung boost mobile on here but wasn't informed of the charging port problem. Had to purchase a new phone. I do not know how to do a factory reset. But everything of mine has been removed. However if found a battery charger for the battery and it came with a spare. The charge uses same charger that any samsung comes with. The charger did not come with a cord. So i have no cord for it. This phone works great. Absolutely no chips or cracks. As seen in the pictures there is a little crack in the back cover on the side. Does not effect the phone what so ever. As stated THE CHARGING PORT IS BAD. That is why i am adding the charger with a spare battery. The spare battery is brand new as is the charger. As you see it charges the batteries very well.
