COOKIE is clean gently played with HE TALKS The only thing wrong with him is the battery cover is missing I put clear tape across The opening and it works great He will be shipped without batterys IT takes 3 double A batterys TY for looking I keep forgetting He is Aprox. 16 inches tall
As I am packing him away I also found out he vibrates and wiggles when he laughs SUPRISE!!
