Actually I'm really active so I don't work out ~
So I chose a size smaller than needed knowing that it would be slightly uncomfortable at first ~ but worth it ~ "No pain, no gain" right?
So mine was uncomfortable for about 3 weeks ~ till I started to "shape up".
