About what age do you think this would fit? I have a small 13 year old who only weighs about 100 lbs tops and wears a size small shirt and 0-2 pants.. think it might fit?

I think it fit 13 to 14 since my daughter 14 and I would say it does this has a belt that help adjust to there figure :) thank for asking and check out :)
