The setting the pearl is in is a brushed gold swirl setting, which has a great touch of class and can be dressed up or down, can be worn with your most elegant evening dress or you jeans and sweaters. There are NO dents or dings, no marring, wearing or tarnishing. This is an outstanding piece. I know it is a true Vintage piece because of the time span of the Dementia/Alzheimer's/Passing of the very special Ladies who left their (2) jewelry, both real and costume, to me.
