Q: Are these lunch bags or are they big enough for cold groceries?
A: They're both, I have seen a demo where they put a 1/2 gal milk & 1qt juice, 1lb butter, eggs, fruit & a few other items

Q: Does it have a wide bottom?
A: No. But I placed a square container on the bottom and it adjusted perfectly & the tote hung like it did have a flat and wide bottom

Q: Can this be disinfected?
A: Yes. It has an insulated lining, so it's super easy to flip inside out and spray down!

Q: What material is the bag? Can a name be embroidered on it?
A: The material is polyester & I would not embroider on the bag because the inside is the typical silver thermal lining that you would not want to puncture even with a small needle as many times as it would take to embroider something on the bag.

Q: What is the weight capacity for one bag?
A: Not sure exactly, but I have seen a demo where they put a more than 1/2 gal milk & 1qt juice & it held up.

Q: How long do these bags keep things hot/cold?
A: There is a fact sheet in each bag that talks about that - lots of conditions factor in....temperature outside, inside, humidity, etc.

Q: Would I be able to fit a 9 x 13 casserole dish in my sachi bag?
A: I fit a 13x9 baking dish with no handles in the tote and zipped it closed just fine. I tried my cake pan, same size, with handles at the long ends and could not close the tote.
