I just opened it and look at it really good and it has no stains on the velvet. It appears to be stainless steel so it will not tarnish. No scratches. My son told me it had never been used. It has two glass olive picks and it has a little funnel to use with the flask. The more I look at it the more I wish I was keeping it. Hope you enjoy it if you win.
