How long are the chains? Are they stamped? Thank you.

they were left to me in a will no markings that i can see. they were tested by a real jeweler to see if they were fake and he said they were real. .925 silver chain is probably between 12 -14 inches, gold chain is probably 14 - 18 inches. But then again I could have it totally backwards because they are not in front of my right now. lol I have them in a floor safe in my mother's room so they don't come up missing.

I know that I am asking a lot, but could you please measure them. If the silver chain is that short, only a child could wear it, or you would have to cut it down for either an anklet or bracelet. The same with the gold chain unless it's 18 inches or more. Most women can no longer wear a 14/16 inch chain. I can not bid unless I am sure that the chains would work. A few more pictures would help, such as closeups of the chains closure. I do hope you understand my reasons for the requests. Thank you so very much.
