Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this vintage, BLESSED MARY Pendant/Medal. It is marked "1830". It not known if it is actually that old but appears to be. Some of the plating has worn off on the high spots, don't know if its silver plated or not. It is approx 1 1/2 inches in length and approx 7/8" of an inch at its widest point. It weighs 8 grams.
