used, needs battery & has purple rubber-like band & picture of Bieber on the face
made in 2011 & has glass/clear stones around face and a few missing stones(about 9-10, I think)they are really tiny but I did try to count
it is a collectible

type of game system to test the games on. The only thing I can tell
you is if it has scratches on it.
PC games I can check it on my computer and see if it can be uploaded,
etc.
