Ty Beanie Baby Bear, Holy Father. This Beanie Baby was created in memory of His Holiness Pope John Paul II, Karol Wojtyla 1920-2005. Elected Pope October 16, 1978. The only Beanie Baby I'm aware of that had a heart tag that wasn't red. This one is Gold, as his tush tag. Beautiful white bear with gold ribbon bow around his neck and an embroidered golden dove with a silver olive branch in it's mouth, to represent Peace as well as the Holy Spirit. Great bear in mint condition and perfect for your Beanie Baby Collection!
