Working with some stone can take a bit of effort - as for me, if I feel the need, I will pick a stone or 2 to carry on me during the day. Meditating with the stones in hand helps to get in tune with them better... I have even tried sticking one or 2 in my pillow case for dreamwork purposes... all depends on the stone and its properties. I can tell you for sure - the more you work with the stones, the more power they have... that I know for a fact... I have been working and healing with crystals for about 7 years now, and they all have their own identities and purposes - Mother Nature truly provides!
