There are 19 pages of text and photos of how to do the old fashioned craft of Rug Braiding. Also sometimes called Rag Rugs... you can utilize scraps of coordinating material to make beautiful and useful 'artwork' for your home.

I've posted a sample but there are many shapes you can make - ovals, hearts, even baskets!

I will email the winner scanned copies of what I have collected over time.

How easy would it be for people with some disabilities?

the braiding part would be easy enough; the sewing together of the wrapped strands takes some patience and finger work
