this is listed as is, works without a problem. does have some scuff marks from use but doesn't effect the camera. it comes in the original box, manual, disks, video cable and charger. i will include 2 batteries and a 256 mb xd card to use (this is a special size card for olympus cameras) this is a great camera for the beach, fishing, water parks or really just anywhere there is a chance of water. perfect for kids, adults. the last picture is with the camera underwater.
