*Inside could use a light cleaning but i don't see any damage at all except for one small ink pen mark which i took pictures of to show everyone. I'm sure it will clean right off but since i have no knowledge of how to correctly clean a COACH item i have left it for the winner to do.
The outside of the bag looks great to me, i do see a couple areas that look like normal wear and tear type scuff marks maybe? My friend said that's how it's suppose to look!!! Maybe it is, but either way it's not noticeable unless your really looking for it.
