This Sterling Silver Beauty has a Brilliant Oval Cut 2.69 ctw London Blue Topaz and Twenty .15 ctw Clear/White Topaz Accents. This is a Victorian Vintage Style with a Stylized buckle design on each side. This is of course BRAND NEW in the BOX.
