Previously Viewed, Portion of the case and artwork is worn. Disc 1 has scratches all over (not badly), it was viewed on two different players, and I tested out the disc on my DVD player and there were no problems with playback what's so ever otherwise I would not list this.

Disc 2 (special features) no scratches.

Overall, good condition.
