The listing, vintage AAA school safety patrol badge has ended.

i didn't realize anyone would want this until i saw one listed on listia!well..i looked it up on the internet and found that it is probably from the 50s,worn by crossing guards.it is metal and the back reads grammes allentown.some minor scratches and could stand to be polished,i saw the same one on a website for $45.00!its just gathering dust here,so hopefully someone will appreciate this.ps,this is a stock photo because my camera isn't working,but it is absolutly identical.

I was a "Safety Patroler" in the mid-'60's for two years (fifth and sixth grade), Our advisor was an ex-cop and he impressed upon us the importance of what we responsible to do. It is a delight to see this reminder and have it trigger that kind of memory of school days
