FREE: Custom Wood Decoration Tray With Inscription

I don't know much about this piece, I know it was in my garage and I don't recall getting it as a gift or buying it. It is very pretty, colorful and would make a great decoration or and gift. The inscription on it says " Love is Always Hopeful" on the front and 1 Corinthians 13 on the black with a Heart and the name Kathy 2003. I don't know if it was addressed to someone or Kathy was the artist that did the tray.

Specs;
About 11 1/2" wide by 2 5/8" tall. It does have a sticker that says, "not to put food on it, it may poisoned it" so my guess it is just for decoration. Again, this is all the information I can get from looking at it. I don't know the type of wood.
