The boss? I usually wear a 10 or a lg. But when Listian's list there dresses as sm, med or lg, they truly can't say if there Jr's or women's without measurements, a 10 or a lg in woman's should easy measure 38 in the bust. Thank you for communicating with me, I appreciate it!
