I placed two side views in the photo one shows the stud in place the other shows the stud missing. This stud can be purchased probly at Home Depot or Lowes. This is the side not on front or back or top or bottom. This is brand new and was purchased this way with the intent to repair but never got around to it. It has been hanging in my closet baged to prevent damage to bag.
