Is there a tag or stamp that says the suade is leather? And how many pockets are there?

One pocket on the inside with the Sharif label. Also comes with a matching key ring on the inside with the Sharif logo. The bag does not have a tag that states suede leather on it. It is suede leather though. Very Nice Quality.
