This is made by Avon. It was gave to me and I was told that it may be Vintage. The chain is 30" long. Goldtone. Used for close-up work such as sewing projects, stamp identification or for finding jewelers makers mark. The chain is in great condition. The magnifier has 2 small marks on it. I can't tell if it has something on it or if they are actually chips. I have them marked for you even though I'm not sure if you can tell. I think it magnifies about 4-5 times; not sure.
