Oh I haven't seen that-sounds worth checking out though. :) I'm like you, I love horses and mythology too. I started checking out books on it from the library when I was in grade school. I'm also love anything to do with the ancient civilizations. Egypt, Greece, Rome, etc. I love watching shows about all of that on The History Channel & Nat Geo, I even watch ones I've already seen I'm so into it. A fb friend of mine is an Egyptologist & she posts some cool things sometimes.

I bet!! I've rarely seen a movie that lives up to the book. There have been a couple of rare exceptions over the years but few & far between. hahaha!!! If I were an author & some movie company butchered up my book I'd be so irate! :) Congrats on the rainbow blue Quartz. I thought I had it sown up when I finally got off of here but I saw that you got it. Very pretty, huh? I'm still hovering over this one though & I know I'm gonna have to buy more credits between now & then. I did a GIN on an Orb last night. :)

I'm gonna have to keep my eye on this one!! I love Tiger Eye & I grew up in Louisville, KY, home of the Derby. The Pegasus is the Symbol for the activities during that couple of weeks. There's even a beautiful, big Pegasus statue downtown than I always loved. :)

I love horses, and wow if the really were a real Pegasus, everyone would want a dozen! Mythology is one of my most favorite subjects!! I love the Clash of the Titans, especially the old version, the new one has killer graphics but it takes away from the story! (and harry Hamlin in a loin cloth...it doesn't get much hotter than that!) :p

Okay, I'll try to find the 70s version of Clash. :) I usually like the older versions of movies anyway-as a rule the remakes just seem like they're lacking. Kind of like if you read a fantastic book & then see how they butcher it in a movie. LOL!!!! I see the movie first & then sometimes I'll read the book, but in that order. :)

I have this awful habit of reading the book, not knowing a movie is being made, then going to see the movie after too... almost always disappointed in the movie. my christian gray was so different in the book than the movie!
