This is a stainless steel spinner ring. The chain in the middle actually spinns. This can be a mans or womans ring. This retails for $25.99

shipping is so high because I have had so many packages that were delivered with tracking number claimed they were not recieved and the post office has no accountability for it actually being delivered acept to scan the package. Which could be done from anywhere and not actually delivered. so, on these I mail first class with signature required shipping. no I have a man's size 10 in stock now. not a 9 1/2. If a 9 1/2 fits is pinky a 10 should fit his ring finger.
