Hi there Robin. It is 100% viscose and bust size actually can be any size. I am a 42dd and bust is not a problem at all. It hangs lose just like the picture and I don't know ur size but Just from the blouse I would say any size will fit bust wise. You are welcome. Please feel free to ask anytime.

Hi Karly. Yes I can measure for you. I will post it this evening so all can see. I am away from my home right now. I am disable and I have 1 person that helps me pack and he does smoke so I can not swear it may not have a smoke smell but it is in a smoke free room until packing it. I do have 2 little pets but not around any of my products. I used to have an office and anything I sell goes in my office were smoke and hair stay away from any products. I hope this helps answer most your questions, please ask me any question you may have at anytime. Again I will post later the length .
