as is with no charger (standard usb) and no sim card * this is a sprint phone and it is able to be activated *
no problems with esn * problems are
with internal battery that needs to be replaced but is inaccessible. unless you can get inside phone.
please dont bid unless you repair mobile phones or have knowledge of htc internal batteries and how to get to them to replace. it's. not like replacing battery of most cel phones. you cant just open it to get to battery area unless you know what you're. doing!

i've had 5 htc phones (3 evos & 2 ones)
they're. my fave phone but i will never get another one til they put battery where i can reach it to replace it myself! the battery itself is fairly inexpensive to buy... but the. phone repair service to put the battery in is not!

**** here's. what's. wrong to the best of my knowledge:
*** this phones battery is completely dead. it wont hold a charge or turn on until the battery is replaced. unfortunately, the phone doesnt open and the battery is internal so only someone who fixes phones can open it to replace battery.
