Description

The listing, Antique Edison Record 'Blue Amber' Pat. 1916 has ended.

Up for auction is a rare find! An Edison record from 1916 in it's original cardboard tube.

These types of record were produced for Edison's original 'talking machine', and predate the flat LP's and record we commonly know.

The song is '1848 Moonlight Bay Premier Quartet'.

The record is in great shape overall and the tube is to, but it's missing the tip piece (the very top, the actual top is still there but just open)

If you have an Edison record collection, or just like unique things this would be perfect for a collection!

Free shipping to the US, anywhere outside the US will have to pay shipping costs.

Long Live Nikola Tesla! LOL.... Tesla is the man, but I am watching this. My dad used to have a player for these. Don't know if he still does or not, but it'd be cool to have anyway. :-)
