Yes! All items are new and unopened. The only item that is modified from purchase is #19 the plastic containers are in a better zipper pouch then the ones they came in. The zipper on the original pouch zipped right off so I purchased a new one that is more durable then the first one. The one in the picture is the one you will get I threw the other one away before I took photos.
