By you removing everything you open the movie. Therefore the movie is instantly used once it's open. Regardless if you played it or not. Because there's no way to tell otherwise. If something was being offered as brand new I would expect some new sealed. And to post this without you even having the item yet is really against policy. Not to sound weird about it but that's what it is. And how it's being offered.

thanks for your opinion,i truly appreciate it but been doing this for 6-7 years now on listia and 100's on happy people can tell ya))....as for rules,it says it has to be delivered within 7 days of an auction ending...and all my auctions END the day the movie is released....thanks again

i dont know how it works either but i think ya need both a 4k ultra hd tv and a ultra hd blue ray player.....as for the DVD i have none listed unfortunetly...sorry
