I think so & almost all of my winners think so to ~ but rarely I will get a winner who says it was too small but to be fair when I got my first 1 ~ I laughed & thought mine was to small too ~ lol ~ then I research about waist training more & realized waist trainers are supposed to fit snug to train the waist into a smaller hourglass shape :) Hope that's helpful & thanks for checking out my auction :)
