The listing, UNUSUAL ANTIQUE LARGE BRASS PENDANT with DICHROTIC GLASS FOCAL STONE~~ CELTIC? has ended.

This pendant is spectacular & very unusual. It has some lovely Tulip like, flower prongs that hold a large, oval, stone in place.
The setting material is what appears to be Brass & is curled at all 4 edges to look like a parchment scroll.

VERY UNIQUE ! I am not positive but the stone looks like Dichrotic glass & has an ephemeral quality to it.

There is no chain included but depending on the amount of credits it ends up getting will depend on if I send a ribbon, chain, or leather necklace to hang it from.

It's heavy, so it will need a substantial chain.

The reverse is plain, with some patina & a c clasp that indicates age to be Antique.
Unbranded as to maker.

Spectacular treasure!! Complete European influence & wondering if the glass was something else & reconstituted for this stunning piece..Reminds me of jewelry my Aunties from abroad would always have. One of the best auctions on Listia & watching or should I say mesmerizing this stunning piece :)
