I do not really understand the question. it is a graded coin, if thats not what kind of proof that you mean, it is not a proof coin it is graded as mint state.

A proof coin has greater value. It is not enough to be graded it will be noted that it is a proof coin and their value is like over $100

then you should know that a proof coin that has been graded will use the PF instead of MS for its grade... you learn something new every day :)
