Brand new sealed 3ds game! Think Christmas!
There is a slice in the plastic at the top, but the game is still sealed.

You can use regular ds games (usually Black flat square cartridges). These are the only games that will fit into your dsi. They removed the gameboy advanced slot when they made the dsi.

Unfortunately the cartridges are a little different and therefore do not fit into any other system besides a 2ds (the flat ds that does not fold) or a 3ds. However your ds games will fit into either of the 2 ds's mentioned above if you ever decided to upgrade your system. Great deals for them on Black Friday $99 btw. :)

We have a Nintendo DSi, and a Nintendo DSi XL and a Nintendo 3DS, they all take the same little black tiny square flat games. I know they don't take the games for the Gameboy or the Gameboy advance though. Those are bigger in size, one square and one more of a rectangle but neither will fit those i have here. I was reading the messages here and I had to go dig to find the ones I have here just to see if what I was reading was right or wrong. All these dang systems and games they make get so confusing!!!!!! I wish they would have kept it more simple for us parents!!!!! Lol. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!!!

3ds games DO NOT fit in ANY other system except for 3ds and 2ds. Period. You can try but they do not fit. I've owned every handheld Nintendo has ever made.
Gameboy/Gameboy color/ and gameboy advanced games are compatible with all systems up until the Nintendo ds lite.
Ds games are compatible with ds up until current models.
3ds are only compatible with all models of 3ds and 2ds.

I don't know anything about any of these systems, I'm only going by what I have here and what games we have and what my kids play in what. If I'm wrong in any way is appreciate some feedback please so I can know and better understand all of this myself. Thanks everyone!!!!
Great listing by the way, I'm watching and bidding and fanning!!!!!

Lol the 2ds is a completely different system. Still uses the 3ds games but doesn't have 3d playability. They made that so parents who were worried about their young children hurting their eyes with 3D can still play the newest games. Silly considering the 3ds has an off switch for 3D. Oh well though, all to make a buck!

Got it thanks, I always thought the regular ds and the DSi were what ya'll referred to as 2ds. Hahaha. I see what your saying now though. I wanted to ask you, do you know about what age group the moshi monsters games would be suitable for and if you think boys and girls alike would like to play them? I know they say they are for everyone on the game but I'm sure there is an age that would get the greatest satisfaction and fun from playing them. Thanks for all your help!!

I'd say for this one maybe 7 age limit and for the other I have listed probably 9/10. I have never played them so not really sure. I would say that this one would possibly be liked by a girl more and the other by a boy. However I am sure both would enjoy playing either as it is a video game. :)
Again though I am not sure as I have never played them. You could always YouTube gameplay and see if your child would enjoy it.
