About this phone in brief. I won it on here near the end of November. It's hardly been a month since I've had it and since I was home on vacation, it really did not leave the house much. SO, it's in near new condition.

I did use it for about a week but just really missed my old phone (as crappy as it may be). Guess sometimes it's just that way.

But it is a good sturdy solid phone. Really loud and has lots of features. It has a SD card slot (max. 8GB). I am NOT including a card, but did put one in when I did use and it worked fine. It has dual SIM card slots and is UNLOCKED. However, it does NOT WORK WITH STRAIGHT TALK. - this was why the seller initially put it up.

So when I won it, it was Brand New In Box!!

I did not have any problems with it. Just missed my old phone. Thus, this phone is practically brand new. I did reset it to factory settings. I went through it and deleted anything that may have been on it.

I forgot to take a pic with it turned on and since everything is packed already, I don't want to unpack it all, but I assure you, it DOES work.

Additional info: This does have an FM radio (I did test it, it worked fine). The headset must be connected for it to work, but you can set it so that the sound comes out of the phone instead of the headset as well.

All I know is it takes a SIM. I am not sure about Cricket. The person who i won it from used straight talk but was not compatible. I used AT&T and T-mobile without problems. Sorry not much help, I will let you know if I find out anything but I hear cricket is made for their own phones.

No, no Straight Talk, but please read the post following this one. Might explain better.

Straigttalk is only with that phone that you buy for straighttalk. If you buy one the sim card that is in it only works for that phone you cant switch them out like you can with tmobile or any other company. I have tried and they just dont do that yet the point in straigttalk is to use their phones only and none other and their phones are pricey and are crap. I bought my husband the same phone from straigttalk that I have though verizon and mine from verizon is so so much better. this is a great little phone tmobile will work perfect on this I had this one and loved it! I might go back to tmobile and would love to have this phone! Fanned and watching!

@ vickikleismit - found that Cricket is CDMA. That means it doesnt use a SIM so not compatible. Sorry!

I bought this same phone for my wife for 35 dollars at this online cell phone store http://www.n1wireless.com and she loves it alot better then her old the only prob was it was 2g instead of 3 or 4 g so it is significantly slower then our current speeds. and the place just doesn't have this model it has alot of others just like it some 3G and some 4G .but the prices you cant beat them anywere i've looked.
