The listing, Sz XXL 19 Op Striped Top W/Ties has ended.

Very cute and stylish top by Op. Size says XXL 19..maybe juniors because I usually wear an XL and it is too tight in the chest for me. Red and black stripe with buttons on the sleeves to either shorten or lengthen. Also has ties on either side with gatherings to shorten or lengthen. Pit to pit is 21" unstretched. Non-smoking home. It fit me, snuggly, around the top. But I am a 42D. I think it would fit you ok. Just my opinion...I hope it fits if you bid! Mitzi :)
