It's new, my girls never wore this. It's small, only 8" long, I would say it would fit a 1 year old? Maybe older, maybe younger...not sure exactly. Sorry can't give you a more helpful answer!

I lowered the days, it will now end on Monday. I don't think I have anymore pettiskirts, and I'm not sure what all I have left from my shop that I will list on here. I think the majority of items will go on ebay or craigslist so I can get at least some of my money back :) I have leggings, tutus, petti rompers, zebra petti dresses, bows...LOL...
