it's not like I kept it for myself or am trying to scam you can't steal credits on here I lost that item and it might have been stolen because I took it to a dorm so don't try to make it seem like I never had it.

When you go to the post office to ship this just tell one of the clerks that you want a delivery confirmation on the package. The delivery confirmation is the proof that shipped.

And when you do ship, please please please pad it up really good. I've received so many packages from Listia members lately that weren't properly padded. Someone sent me a cellphone in a regular envelope without padding. I received a cellphone I won off here the other day that was wrapped thinly in toilet paper. The excuse was "well i offered free shipping, had to save money" etc. But I don't want broken stuff. :)

Im with Topanga. If someone sends me something that is broken or not as described, or doesnt add tracking and it gets lost or stolen, thats not my problem, thats the sellers problem. In listia rules it clearly states that tracking will be the only accepted form of proof that an item was delivered. So no tracking, no proof. If a seller wants to save 75 cents and not pay for tracking, then I dont want to hear any bellyaching if the item never shows up, because Ill get my credits back from Listia, and the seller will just have a sob story and no proof of anything ever being shipped. So do yourself a favor, ALWAYS put tracking on your packages. If you pay for postage online, it is sometimes free, and sometimes 19 cents. Well worth it for the proof it gives you.

oh okay I never realized you went to the post office to do that and 75 cents is well worth it to me to prove I'm not scamming anyone. I've been scammed on here so I know how it is

I don't think the seller disagrees. I was just explaining because she or he asked how to do delivery confirmation

But its not worth anywhere CLOSE to 12,000 credits. But i guess some people are just hard up for an ipod of any kind. Thanks but no thanks.
