Check with a local "flash" tech. Find someone who flashes cell phones for other providers, just to be sure.

Yes it is. The case is leather and slips over the phone, so it protects the inside screen and keypad with soft clear vinyl. The belt clip has a "quick release" feature. Thanks for the compliment!
