Your bidding on all these bills! One is a 2003 a it has a decal on it. It is in very good shape. One is a $2.00 red seal note series 1953 A it has a number 18 on it but it is still in very good shape. The last one is 1963 series red seal note and it has a number 4 on it but it is in very good shape. They all have plastic sleeves for protection. They are all beautiful to have for your collection!! Bills with Decals as such are not printed that way right from mint. In fact, they have to go through a series of printings. Originally from the mint comes out as a traditional $2 bill, then they are sent off to another press that has special permission to alter the image as a special event, gift, etc.... Bills like that usually have to be special ordered, however, they don't print them singly, so companies will order hundreds upon thousands, and often give them away as either gifts, or special edition items, or even tokens of appreciation in some circumstances. Because they are printed with a picture like that though.... they are NOT legal tender and can not be used to pay for things, hence the reason they are often just given away, its more of just a collectors piece.
