This is a 1989 United State Postal Service set. It comes with a 20 page scrapbook with pictures and facts about each player. It has 4 stamps,,1982 Jackie Robinson,,1983 Babe Ruth,,1984 Roberto Clemente,, and a 1989 Lou Gehrig and a sleeve to put each stamp in that sticks to the scrapbook under each players picture.. It also comes with 4 baseball cards of the stamped players. The card are marked 1989 United States Postal Service. The stamps and cards are still in their sealed packages and have never been unsealed. Everything goes into the scrapbook and then the scrapbook goes into its own bordered envelope that comes with the set. This is a very nice set for any collector or stamps and or cards.
