The listing, Samsung Galaxy Exhibit - T-Mobile Smart Phone has ended.

Fully charged and ready to have your T-Mobile Sim card inserted for use. This Samsung Galaxy Exhibit has some minor wear and tear around the chrome edges of the phone, also some minor scratches on the back case. Phone is fully functioning, and has a good battery. It takes a standard micro usb charging cable. These can be found here on listia. I will be shipping just the phone itself.

Does T Mobile have a pay as you go plan or just a monthly plan?

They have two prepaid plans which are reasonable ($30 and $40), they also do pay-as-you-go. Right now, there is some special on unlimited everything called T-Mobile One. You get 4 lines for $40 each.
